Return & Replacement Policy

- Defective Items: If any food item is found to be defective upon receipt, you are eligible for a replacement or an alternative item of equivalent value.
- Notification Period: Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order to report any defective items.
- Proof of Defect: We may require photographic evidence of the defective item for quality control purposes.
Options for Resolution
- Replacement: We will replace the defective item with the same product, subject to availability.
- Alternative Item: If a replacement is not available, we will offer an alternative food item of equivalent value, based on your preference.
